學員有責任：
完成所有課程內容
完成所有作業
參與可提供之教學與指導
落實課程內容
保存學習紀錄
持續執行課程所教授之內容
若未完成相關要求，可能導致無法取得成果，並可能喪失退款資格。
五、退款政策
本公司提供附條件退款保證。
學員僅於符合以下所有條件時，方可提出退款申請。
課程完成條件
學員必須：
完成課程全部內容（100%）。
完成所有作業、練習、工作表、專案及家庭作業（100%）。
自報名日起連續 180 天內，每週至少學習 5 天，每天至少投入 1 小時學習課程內容。
使用 Google Docs 或經本公司認可之書面方式，完整記錄每次學習內容與進度。
應本公司要求提供所有學習紀錄。
參與課程期間所提供之必要教學、輔導、檢討或支援活動；若無法參與，須提出合理證明。
實際執行課程中教授之策略、作業與行動項目。
提交本公司要求之所有相關文件與證明資料。
退款申請文件
退款申請時，學員必須提供：
書面退款申請
180 天學習紀錄證明
Google Docs 學習筆記與進度紀錄
所有完成之作業與作品
執行課程內容之相關證明
本公司合理要求之其他資料
退款審核
所有退款申請將逐案審核。
本公司有權驗證所有提交資料之真實性與完整性。
若未符合任何退款條件，本公司有權拒絕退款申請。
若提供之資料不足以證明符合退款資格，本公司得自行決定拒絕退款。
六、智慧財產權
415 Digital LLC 與 Danielle Huang 所提供之所有課程內容、影片、教材、範本、文件、工作表、錄音、簡報及相關資源，均受著作權法及智慧財產權法保護。
未經本公司書面同意，不得：

違者本公司有權終止存取權限並採取法律行動。
七、責任限制

By purchasing, accessing, or participating in any of our programs, services, websites, coaching, training, communities, or materials, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

All information, training, coaching, templates, resources, tools, examples, materials, and content provided by 415 Digital LLC and Danielle Huang are intended solely for educational and informational purposes.
We do not sell employment opportunities, job placement services, guaranteed interviews, guaranteed jobs, guaranteed clients, guaranteed income, or "get rich quick" programs.

## 4. Student Responsibilities
You acknowledge and agree that success within the program requires substantial effort, consistency, and implementation.
You are solely responsible for:
* Completing all lessons
* Completing all assignments
* Participating in coaching sessions when available
* Applying what you learn
* Maintaining accurate records of your progress
* Taking action on the training provided
Failure to complete the required work may prevent you from obtaining results and may disqualify you from any refund eligibility.
## 5. Refund Policy
We offer a conditional refund policy.
A student may apply for a refund only if all of the following conditions are met:
### Course Completion Requirements
The student must:
1. Complete 100% of the course curriculum.
2. Complete 100% of all assignments, exercises, worksheets, projects, and homework associated with the program.
3. Study and actively participate in the program for a minimum of one (1) hour per day, five (5) days per week, for one hundred eighty (180) consecutive days following enrollment.
4. Maintain detailed learning notes documenting what was learned each study session using Google Docs or another written format approved by the Company.
5. Provide access to all documentation upon request.
6. Attend all required coaching calls, workshops, reviews, or support sessions offered during the program, or provide reasonable evidence explaining why attendance was not possible.
7. Fully implement the strategies, assignments, and action items taught throughout the program.
8. Submit all required coursework and documentation requested by the Company for refund evaluation.
### Refund Application Requirements
To request a refund, the student must submit:
* A written refund request.
* Proof of 180 days of participation.
* Google Docs records showing study notes and progress.
* Completed homework and assignments.
* Evidence of implementation of the course materials.
* Any additional documentation reasonably requested by the Company.
### Refund Review
Refund requests will be reviewed individually.
The Company reserves the right to verify the authenticity and completeness of all submitted materials.
Failure to satisfy any refund requirement will result in denial of the refund request.
Refund requests submitted without sufficient documentation may be denied at the Company's sole discretion.
## 6. Intellectual Property
All course materials, videos, lessons, templates, documents, worksheets, resources, recordings, presentations, coaching materials, and content provided by 415 Digital LLC and Danielle Huang are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not:

* Redistribute

any portion of the materials without prior written permission.
Unauthorized use may result in termination of access and legal action.
